Financial Policy

The Shire of Kings Crossing

Policy

Expenditures of $50.00 or less must be authorized by the Seneschal and the Exchequer (As per Shire Bylaws).

Expenditures of more than $50.00 must be approved by the majority of the officers (As per Shire Bylaws).

Inventory is accounted for by the Chronicler and must be inventoried at least once a year (As per Shire Bylaws).

Proposed expenditures are discussed at the monthly Shire meetings and a motion is made, seconded and voted on. If agreed upon the proposed expenditure is referred to the appropriate officers for final approval.
